We really hope that you love your items but in the unlikely event that you need to return something, here is what you need to do.

Sale, Discounted, Clearance & Non-Returnable Items  - Online & In Store

 

Unfortunately, Sale items, discounted items & clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded either online or in store. These items are purchased on this basis.

Regular Priced & All Non Sale Items - Online & In Store


Feel free to return to us within 14 days and ensure you include your returns form.
Our Policy lasts 14 days from receipt of order. If 14 days have a passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, credit note or exchange. If an item is returned to us after the 14 day timescale, the return will not be possible and the item will be returned to you.

What items are returnable


Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a returns form / note.

 

  • The item must be received back to us in its original condition

  • The item must be unworn & unwashed

  • The item must be returned with all swing tags still attached and in any original packaging

  • Take Care when trying on items of a delicate fabric - these must not be returned with any snags or pulls

  • Items being returned must not have any make-up, fake tan or lotion marks on them

  • Items must not be covered in animal hair

  • Items must not have deodorant marks and must not smell of perfume, cigarettes etc.


In the event that an item doesn’t meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you.

What Items are not returnable

 

  • Sale, Clearance & Discounted Items

  • Jewellery , Make Up Bands, Head Bands, Face Masks & Eye Masks for health & hygiene reasons

  • Beauty Products

  • Gift Vouchers


How to Return an item
 

  1. Please fill in the returns form that comes in your parcel

  2. If you no longer have this form, please include a note with your item that details your full name & address, Contact number, Email Address, Reason for return and what you would like to do (IE Refund Credit Card)

  3. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible bit please allow 5 working days from receipt of your parcel into ius for the refund to be actioned. This may take longer at busy times. Please be aware that some banks can take up to 10 working days for funds to be returned to the originating account - These are the Banks processing times and are outside of our control.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

  5. You will then receive an email once your refund has been processed

  6. Please note, when a refund has been actioned via Paypal, it can take up to 5 working days to show in your account but is usually within 2 hours

  7. We only refund the cost of the items returned minus the delivery costs. We do not refund return postage costs

  8. We recommend that you return your parcel using a tracked service. If you send the parcel untracked and it goes missing, you will need to put a claim in with your courier to cover the loss. Keep hold of the postage receipt until the refund reaches your account. As the buyer, this is completely your responsibility until we have received the goods back.

Faulty Items

In the rare event an item is faulty, please return to us using the returns process above, ensuring details of the fault are included in the returns form / note.

Refunds

For online purchases, Refunds will be minus delivery costs.

Items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund but can be either exchanged or a credit note issued that will be valide for a maximum of three months from the date of issue.

Unfortunately Sale Items, Clearance Items and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded either online or instore.

Exchanges

We only replace items of they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please send us an email at glamourglitzboutique@icloud.com and send your return to:

Our Stock Moves very quickly and this will ensure the best chance of a replacement item being available for you.
