We really hope that you love your items but in the unlikely event that you need to return something, here is what you need to do:
Feel free to return to us within 14 days and ensure you include your returns form.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, credit note or exchange. If an item is returned to us after the 14 day time scales, the return will not be possible and the item will be returned to you.
- Please fill in the returns form that comes with your parcel.
- If you no longer have this form, please include a note with your item that details your full name & address, contact number, email address , reason for return and what you would like us to do (ie – refund credit card)
- We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow 5 working days from receipt of your parcel into us for the refund to be actioned. This may take longer at busy times.
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that item has been received.
- You will then receive an email once your refund has been processed.
- Please note, when a refund has been actioned via Paypal, it can take up to 5 working days to show in your account but usually within 2 hours.
- We only refund the cost of the item/s returned. We do not refund postage costs.
- We recommend that you return your parcel using a tracked service. If you send the parcel untracked and it goes missing, you will need to put a claim in with your courier to cover the loss. Keep hold of the postage receipt until the refund reaches your account. This is completely your responsibility as the buyer until we have received the goods back.
What items are returnable
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a returns form / note.
- The item must be received back to us in its original condition
- The item must be unworn, unwashed & undamaged.
- The item must be returned with all swing tags still attached and in any original packaging.
- Take care when trying on items of a delicate fabric – these must not be returned with any snags or pulls
- Items being returned must not have any make-up, fake tan or lotion marks on them.
- Items must not be covered in animal hair
- Items must not have deodorant marks and must not small of perfume, cigarettes etc.
- In the event that an item does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you.
What items are non-returnable?

- Jewellery, make up bands, face masks , eye masks and beauty products are non-returnable for health & hygiene reasons.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that your item is faulty, please return to us, using the returns process above, ensuring details of the fault are included in the returns form / note.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at glamourglitzboutique@icloud.com and send your return to:

Our stock moves very quickly and this will ensure the best chance of the item being available for you.

We aim to despatch all orders on the same day or the next working day depending on the time the order was placed. If you request next day delivery, orders must by placed by midday.
Orders usually arrive within 2 – 4 working days when using our Evri standard delivery service, however, please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding non-receipt of an item.
A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been placed and another once the order has been despatched. Please make sure you enter the correct email address to allow us to correspond with you and be sure to check spam and junk folders.
On receipt of the initial email from Evri, you can manage the delivery of your parcel whether that be to your address, a parcel shop or a locker.
Please be aware that when ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the time for despatch & delivery of your parcel.
Please also allow extra time during busy periods such as Black Friday, Seasonal sales and Christmas.
Our usual postal service is Evri Standard. We are happy to ship abroad – please contact us for a quote if you would like an order to be sent abroad.
If using the Royal Mail option and no-one is available to take delivery of the order, Royal Mail will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect.
We offer a click & collect service for our local customers. You can collect your order from My Fab Find, Kenyons Yard, Weyhill Road.
We aim to have click & collect orders ready within 24 hours. For orders made over a weekend, we will have these ready by 10am on Tuesday for collection.
Please do not attempt to collect your order before this time.
As long as you input an email address at the time of ordering, you will receive an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Orders can be collected within shop opening times which are 10am – 4pm Tuesday – Saturday.
