About Us
Glamour & Glitz Boutique was started by me - Sharon Bull in February 2017.
The Company was started with a couple of boxes of clothing samples via a secret social media group made up of my friends and family. Very quickly, more stock was required, people added their friends to the group and the boutique started to grow. ‘We went from being a small local business to a small UK – wide business with clothing parcels being sent across the country. Things took off very quickly.
The aim of Glamour & Glitz Boutique is to provide classy, comfortable clothing at affordable prices. Something different to the high street, while keeping it unique. This includes accessories, shoes, boots, bags, hats, fascinators & more. (see separate website for hat hire and purchase).
Glamour & Glitz works with a range of interesting suppliers who enable us to bring something different to our clientele. We especially like anything with a bit of sparkly bling while also appreciating that this is not for everyone.
Glamour & Glitz started out as a business running purely via social media and from my spare room, offering a personalised shopping experience, which has proved to be popular. ‘The customers loved to come for shopping in the spare room’
The business very quickly outgrew the spare room and moved into my converted garage at home.
We continued to grow and in May 2018, I took on two outlets – one within a popular emporium and the second as an accessories outlet in a busy hair salon, both in Hampshire where Glamour & Glitz is based. I still have my area in the emporium with regular customers who shop there.
Glamour & Glitz has continued to grow and has built a solid base of repeat customers – locally, across the UK and overseas.
In 2020, Glamour & Glitz acquired its own premises in Hampshire, which is home to the online operations, hat hire consultations & my personal styling & image consultancy studio.
The aim is to continue to grow whilst still providing a high level of friendly customer service along with quality, varied products.
